Leftovers!

On Saturday, I visited my favorite Indian food restaurant owner... Amrik.  To all the locals who think Bombay House is the best, sorry, you are wrong.  Head around the corner to India Palace on Center Street.  Heaven!  It had been too long since I'd been to India Palace and to visit with Amrik; he even told me so.  My meal was excellent and the best part was that there were leftovers.  While I love fresh Indian food, I think leftovers are even better!  For dinner tonight I had a plate of Tadka Dahl, Vegetable Curry, Aloo Mutter, and Basmati Rice.  So good.  My mouth is burning and my nose is running.  Love it!
